Here are a few things to note:

Event Insurance of 3M required for any gatherings of 10 or more people

Shuttle Service required for guest counts over 10 people (or carpool - 10 car max availability for parking lot)

Minimum Day of Coordinator Required (see preferred vendor list for who we work with)

Up to 12 hours on site (this time includes all set up and tear down).
